Please note Hypnosis for Past Life Regression is one of the most controversial types of hypnosis a practitioner can do. For one, there is no evidence to back it up.
People often ask me if I believe in Past Lives? My answer is always. It doesn't matter what I think or feel. It is what you as the client believes to be true. Is it real or believed in fantasy? Again this is the belief of the subject experiencing the regression.
Throughout my career As a Certified Professional Hypnotist/ Hypnotherapist, I have done many Past-Life Regression sessions, each person experiencing its outcome differently.
Although there is no scientific basis for Past Life Regression as to its validity,
Knowing that there is no scientific proof of past lives, I did try an experiment Working with a client,
I suggested that she go back in time to a life we could verify her previous existence in doing so. She was able to give the following info. She gave her name, and the year was 1853 in Kansas City, and she was a school teacher. Upon researching the name given in Kansas City in 1853, we established a school teacher who had the same name and lived in Kansas City in 1853.
As President of The Louisiana Chapter of The National Guild of Hypnotist (NGH) International Chapter of 2015, at our monthly CEU meeting, I tried an experiment using regression.
When I asked for volunteers, Lynn M of Baton Rouge volunteered .by profession, Lynn. She is an attorney and also holds a degree in science.
I proceeded to Hypnotize her when in a trance. I gave her a date, city, and time and told her to project her mind to November Dallas, Texas, at !2:00 noon.
The information she gave us was astounding to the 20+ people who were in attendance
She told us that there were a lot of people and excitement. I asked her to
look around and tell us what else she saw, her reply being There are 2 Large Beautiful Angels, approximately 8 feet tall I then asked what the angels were doing, and she said, " Waiting for the President."
Please note that on November 22, 1963, @ 12:30 PM, President John F. Kennedy was shot in Dallas, Texas, and pronounced dead at 1:00 PM at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas.
Here is the kicker, the very next day after the demo, I was listening to PBS radio in New Orleans. A story came across about a radio newsman who was the first to break the President's assassination on live news had passed away. They then played an excerpt from his newscast from Parkland hospital, and he said, "2 Priests were escorting the President's body." What a revelation this was.
I want to point out that the subject Lynn M. was only eight years old in 1963.
